The processing related to the use of this Site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters and is carried out with electronic or otherwise automated tools (e.g., using electronic procedures and media) and/or manually (e.g., on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and in any case in compliance with the current legal provisions.

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
