Since 1983, our company has been passionately dedicated to the design and production of high-quality hydraulic cylinders. Mr. Angelo Antonioni, the founder and driving force of the company, tenaciously leads our team towards continuous innovation, through the development of new products and the adoption of cutting-edge production processes.
Drawing on our experience as suppliers for the automotive, industrial, and agricultural sectors, we decided to focus our energies on the development of innovative components for the agricultural sector. This strategic choice has allowed us to leverage the skills acquired over decades of activity, offering tailor-made solutions for the specific needs of the agricultural world.
Throughout these years, the constant dialogue with our customers and their trust have allowed us to grow and refine our skills. Every request, every challenge, has been an opportunity to learn and improve, enriching our wealth of technological knowledge. This experience, combined with our passion for innovation, enables us to offer cutting-edge products capable of satisfying the most complex needs.
Our commitment to research and development has led us to transform our best ideas into patents, which we have proudly integrated into our products. We are proud to offer our customers innovative solutions that did not exist before, the result of our creativity and expertise.
The "Antonioni HS" line of patented hydraulic cylinders represents an innovative solution in the field of hydraulics, thanks to its advanced design. The distinctive feature of these cylinders is the integration, within the rod, of a piston accumulator containing nitrogen and a damper, key elements for the effective control of accumulated energy.
Working principle :
In the event of a shock or overload, the accumulator comes into action, receiving the pressurized fluid coming from the cylinder. The excess energy is converted into pressure through a short controlled movement of the cylinder, which can occur in both compression and extension, depending on the configuration.
Once the critical phase has passed and the compression of the gas inside the accumulator is complete, the damped hydraulic cylinder returns to its initial working position. This return movement is carefully regulated by the damper, which prevents unwanted rebounds and ensures smooth and stable operation.

We have a wide range of swivel clevises for agricultural components in various lengths and sizes.
For the female part, typically connected to the top link, the available couplings are:
For the part that connects to the tractor, we have clevises with a hole diameter from Ø19mm up to Ø45 mm with suitable tractor jaw widths from 40 mm up to 90 mm.
The clevises are available in short length ranges (approx. 80 mm), standard (approx. 110 mm), medium (approx. 135 mm), and long (approx. 180 mm).

Our hydraulic cylinders, both damped "AHS" and standard, are designed to operate in floating mode, an essential feature in many agricultural applications.
The floating function is particularly useful in the agricultural sector, where towed implements must adapt to the unevenness of the terrain without exerting excessive force on the tractor. In this mode, the cylinder is free to move within a predefined range, in the opposite direction to the load force.
Through simple maneuvers, it is possible to create the necessary vacuum to allow the cylinder rod to move freely. This technology is used in our side links for lifting the arms of the tractor's three-point hitch, ensuring precise and adaptable control of agricultural implements.
